Re-makes

1. Complete Re-makes will be manufactured and re invoiced at 50% of wholesale price.
2. In the event that a shutter has been mismeasured, simply return the product in its existing packaging and Slimline will re-make the product.
3. Normal procedure applies:

• Re send new order – specify that the order is a Re-Make.
• Slimline will acknowledge the Re-Make.

4. Re-makes will be remanufactured and dispatched immediately.
5. 50% discount on wholesale price will be applied once mismeasured shutter has been returned in good order and undamaged.
6. If shutter is returned in poor condition or damaged, full wholesale price will apply.

 

Re-works   

1. Re-works will be altered at a fixed cost of $60 per Shutter plus freight.
2. In the event that a shutter has been mismeasured, simply return the product in its existing packaging and Slimline will make the requested alterations to the product.
3. Normal procedure applies:

• Re send new order – specify that the order is a Re-Work.
• Slimline will acknowledge the Re-Make.

4. Re-Works will be altered and dispatched immediately.
5. Please ensure that all shutters that need altering are returned in good condition and free of any imperfections.
